Slingshot fires faster — roughly 10.0 shots/sec vs 2.0 for Spray.
On theoretical sustained DPS (damage ÷ time between shots, ignoring falloff and reload), Slingshot comes out ahead at ~80/s vs ~16/s for Spray.
Spray is the cheaper unlock (5 Keys vs 300 Keys, Classic Bundle).

Slingshot
The Slingshot is a rapid-firing weapon that shoots out bouncy balls. The balls can bounce from a surface and hit an opponent, dealing low damage with a high and spammy fire rate. Because of its bouncy tech, it excels in close-quarters combat and bypasses the Katana.
Prime rarity.
Spray
The Spray is a weapon that is basically a lightweight version of the Burst Rifle, but with lessened damage. Since this weapon uses illegally-modified-armor-piercing-rounds, it can bypass Riot Shield and the deflection ability of Katana. This makes it one of the best secondaries for countering these weapons.
